About Rashed

Rashed is a curious artificer masquerading as a software engineer. He enjoys turning messy, real-world problems into clear, reliable software—thinking in architecture, sweating the design, and shipping what matters. Over the years he’s built solutions across operations, financial services, IoT, imaging, data, and HR.

In his spare hours, he’s building Airwork AI, a tech-talent marketplace helping Bangladeshi engineers land full-time remote roles. The aim is simple (and a bit bold): one place to find great people, build remote teams, and keep development moving without the chaos.

Away from the keyboard, Rashed reads, cooks, gardens, and occasionally writes. When the creative itch strikes, he tinkers with 3D printing, aquascapes tiny underwater forests, and wrestles with paint and paper—different mediums, same obsession with making ideas real.

You can find him on LinkedIn, or check if he’s free for a virtual coffee.

A note about this blog: it’s Rashed’s workshop, not a museum. Opinions are his own; some ideas are deliberately half-baked; instructions may misbehave; and a few posts wander into the pleasantly fantastical.
